A Global Guardian client traveling in New Delhi, India fell and broke her clavicle. The Global Guardian security team she was traveling with immediately transported her to a local hospital, where she was admitted and treated by local doctors. Our 24-hour Operations Center connected the Indian medical staff with our US-based, board certified physicians, who managed her treatment remotely throughout the stabilization process. Based on medical imaging shared by email and communication between the two medical teams, it was determined that the patient would need surgery, and that the procedure should take place in the US. Accordingly, we arranged for air transport of the patient to her home hospital in New York for further treatment.
