"It is really important to not confuse ceasefires and peace. You think about, both parties are really angry, they're raw... We've seen the horrible images come out of what's been happening in Gaza. And then we've also seen IDF soldiers being ambushed and attacked. Both sides have psychological scars, so trying to bring them together are these delicate frameworks of ceasefires, which are really difficult."
