Oversight of Global Travelers
Our 24/7/365 Operations Center proactively monitors your traveling employees for emerging security, geopolitical, environmental, and health-related threats. By leveraging real-time intelligence, itinerary awareness, and global alerting systems, our analysts identify potential risks and initiate timely outreach, guidance, or escalation as needed.
Travel Advice
The Operations Center can provide real-time travel advice on safe accommodations, transportation, airports, customs, and consular/lost documentation, as well as immediate live support with medical and security needs or crisis response.
Asset Geofencing
We can geofence up to 100 of your global assets (i.e. offices, warehouses, etc.) which will trigger an alert email notification to a designated POC in the event of a threat/incident within proximity.
Translation Services
The Operations Center can provide translation of documents and interpretation services over the phone in over 200 languages within minutes. They can also organize in-person interpretation services if needed by deploying an in-country agent to assist (may incur a fee).
Travel Safety Courses
Our eLearning academy “Travel Safety Awareness” and “Travel Health Awareness” courses are included with membership. We provide additional eLearning courses on a variety of topics to help prepare and train your employees to face a range of security and safety threats.

Emergency Response
Access to Worldwide Emergency Response Teams
Priority access to our global emergency response services and network of teams in 140+ countries, ready to mobilize in two hours or less, depending on the requirement. Capabilities include but are not limited to: supply delivery, wellness checks, transportation, and onsite protection (Fees incurred based on mission requirement.)
Access to Emergency Evacuation (Medical or Security)
Via our on-the-ground teams, we maintain a fleet of transportation assets at the ready. During a large-scale event or unique crisis situation, members receive Concept of Operations (ConOps) for emergency evacuation to make informed decisions about mission execution (Fees incurred based on mission requirement.)
Emergency Guarantee of Payment
We provide emergency guarantee of payment to facilitate quick access to medical care and other services. This ensures that your employees receive necessary treatment without delays due to payment concerns (Payment amount billed to client.)
Medical Support
24/7 Telemedical Consultation
Before or during a trip, members may call the Operations Center to request medical advice, including required vaccinations and destination health risks, and telemedical support. Depending upon the request, they will be connected to our U.S.-board certified physicians or medical team member in minutes.
International Hospital Recommendations
Global Guardian maintains a list of over 7,000 preferred hospitals and can recommend the nearest facility for travelers to receive care.
Lost Prescription Assistance
Members can request assistance with lost prescription refills. In most cases, our U.S.-board certified physicians can coordinate prescription replacement, if the local laws permit.

Travel Guardian Platform
Management Control Center (MCC)
The MCC serves as a centralized hub where administrators can access real-time information about traveler locations, planned itineraries, and generate reports on the client’s global presence. It also provides updates on security, medical, and travel-related issues through intelligence alerts.
Mobile Application
The mobile app enables members to share their location, receive real-time alerts, and connect immediately with our 24/7/365 Operations Center to request assistance in both emergency and non- emergency situations.
Traveler Portal
This web-based portal serves as a platform for travelers to manually upload their itineraries, access country risk reports, update personal information, and browse helpful resources.
Itinerary PNR Tracking
Global Guardian ingests all relevant trip details (car, hotel, flights, etc) in one central location to ensure travelers and administrators receive relevant alerts about upcoming destinations. Itineraries can be directly sent to Global Guardian or ingested via TMC integration.

Air Ambulance Membership
Enrolling in this membership covers all costs of a bedside-to-bedside medical evacuation to the hospital of choice if a member is hospitalized from illness or injury over 150 miles from home.
Kidnap, Ransom, and Extortion (KRE) Membership
In the event of a covered event (kidnap, extortion, wrongful detention hijack, etc.), our team handles all aspects of victim recovery, including managing negotiations, liaising with law enforcement agencies, briefing victim families, and coordinating ransom payment, covering the costs of the services associated with bringing the case to a close (excludes ransom insurance).
Security Response Membership
Enrolling in this membership ensures that if a “Do Not Travel Advisory Escalation” from the U.S. State Department is issued in the current location of the member, all costs associated with the evacuation of the member to a safe haven are covered.
