INCIDENT: Stroke patient evacuated on private medical aircraft from Arizona to Washington, DC

SITUATION: Global Guardian received a call from a non-member requesting us to assist in transporting her husband who had recently suffered a stroke.
RESPONSE: Considering the patient’s condition, the only way to comfortably and safely to conduct this transport from Arizona to Washington D.C. was via private medical aircraft. Within an hour of the initial phone call, Global Guardian identified aircraft for usage and confirmed with the individual that they would like to move forward with the transport. From beginning to end, Global Guardian executed the entire transport within 24 hours.
