EVENT: Securing a Major International Client Event

LOCATION:  Vietnam

SERVICE: Event Security & Medical Support

SITUATION: Global Guardian was tasked to provide Security and Medical Support for one of its clients’ annual missions overseas. Several regional and International managers as well as over 65 partners and employees were in attendance. The event took place across several cities and rural areas, with long movements each night of the trip.

OUTCOME: Global Guardian provided security and medical support for the duration of the five-day event. This included making sure that all logistical requirements for the mission were in place at all locations for seamless movement through the task. Every transport between cities was conducted safely while the team medic served over 30 attendees for symptoms ranging from nausea and dehydration, to vomiting, diarrhea, headaches, and physical injuries such as sprained ankles and lower back pain. Global Guardian ensured that every situation was handled swiftly and appropriately in order to meet the client's goals, while minimizing any further risk to each individual traveler.
