INCIDENT: Vehicle spotted trespassing on a large construction site being monitored by Global Guardian agents.

SITUATION:
In the early morning hours, an unauthorized vehicle drove onto a large construction site equipped with Global Guardian solar-powered mobile security units under 24/7 surveillance by our UL Listed Central Monitoring Station. The agents in the Operations Center received an alarm indicating a trespasser.

RESPONSE:
As soon as the trespasser was verified to be an unauthorized person on the construction site, our remote guards initiated a series of talk-downs over the system instructing the intruder to leave the premises immediately. Our agents simultaneously initiated the client’s standard operating procedures, contacting the appropriate client key stakeholders so they were aware of the situation.

When the intruder did not leave the site immediately, our team dispatched the local police and continued monitoring the situation. The mounted cameras offered a 360-degree view to capture the intruder's every move, including footage of them leaving the construction site with stolen property around 2:00 am. When police arrived at the scene minutes later, our team briefed them on the situation and shared video footage to assist in the investigation.

Thanks to thorough monitoring and documentation by Global Guardian’s remote agents, the local authorities were able to capture the intruder and recover all of the client's stolen property.
