CASE STUDY: ASSET SECURITY

INCIDENT: An intruder attempted to steal valuable property at a car dealership.

LOCATION: Georgia

SERVICE: 24/7 Remote Guard Video Monitoring

SITUATION:
At approximately 12:30 AM, remote guards in Global Guardian's 24/7 Security Operations Center received an alarm from a client's car dealership detecting unusual activity. An individual was seen pulling on car door handles in an attempt to steal valuable property.  

RESPONSE:
Once Global Guardian's remote guards verified the actions of the intruder, they immediately dispatched local police, who arrived on-site within seven minutes of the initial alarm. Although the intruder attempted to flee, he was quickly apprehended by the officers. During the incident, our team monitored the activity and contacted the client to brief them on the incident. As a result of virtual camera monitoring, the immediate action of Global Guardian's 24/7 Security Operations Center, and the response of local police, the loss of valuable property was prevented.
