How to use Forgot Password when logging in to the web platform.

  1. On the login page, enter your username and click "Continue." (Your username will be in an email format.)

  2. Click the "Forgot your password?" link.

  3. Click "Send password reset."

  4. The welcome email will be sent to your email with a secure link to reset your password.
