Upon making this decision, they called the Global Guardian team for assistance the next day. Given that the corporation puts workforce safety first, the client wanted a security presence on hand to help deter and deescalate any unforeseen issues that should arise. **RESPONSE: **The armed plainclothes agent arrived on-site the next day prior to the meeting to survey the facility before being positioned strategically in the immediate vicinity of the meeting area. The termination event proceeded smoothly, and the agent remained on-site for three days to ensure the employee did not try to return to the facility.
